Campus Ministries Pastor - West Campus
Triumph is seeking to call their next Pastor into ministry at our West Campus. The Campus Ministries Pastor will serve Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church by providing creative leadership and efficient and effective execution and participation primarily in the following West Campus Ministries: Outreach, Connection and Assimilation, Small Groups, Women’s Ministry, Men’s Ministry, College/Young Adult Ministry and Confirmation Oversight. As a shepherd, he will be attentive to worship, care, discipleship, and evangelism ministries of this home campus. As a leader he will carry the Triumph vision throughout his campus and, alongside the Campus Pastor, develop strategy to carry out the church’s vision.
This is a full-time, salaried position, with a start date of June 1, 2024.

TSM Associate - East Campus
Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church is seeking a Triumph Student Ministries Associate to join the East Campus staff team, which offices at our East Campus in Moorhead MN. This position actively serves as a vital part of the team of staff and volunteers who minister to students (6th-12th grade) and families at our East Campus. This person will work closely with the Triumph Student Ministries Director to implement and coordinate ministries, events, and discipleship opportunities within Triumph Student Ministries at the East Campus.
This position is part-time, with approximately 20 hours per week/39 weeks per year ( mid August-mid May). Position start date is in August 2024.

Triumph Kids Associate – West Campus
Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church is seeking a Triumph Kids West Associate to join the West Campus staff team, which offices at our West Campus in West Fargo, ND. This position actively serves as a vital part of the team of staff and volunteers who minister to children (birth-5th grade) and families at our West Campus. This person will work closely with the Triumph Kids Director to implement and coordinate ministries, events, and discipleship opportunities within Triumph Kids at the West Campus.
This position is part-time, with approximately 22 hours per week/44 weeks per year (end of August- mid June). The 22 hours can be split between two positions – such as a 12 hour position and 10 hour position. Position start date is in August 2024.

Children’s Church Coordinator – West Campus
Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church is seeking a Children’s Church Coordinator to join the West Campus staff team, which offices at our West Campus in West Fargo, ND. The primary purpose and responsibility of the Children’s Church Coordinator is to prepare and teach Sunday Children’s Church, which ministers to children (3-5years old) at our West Campus. The Children’s Church Coordinator also recruits, oversees, and encourages the team of volunteers who serve in Children’s Church at our West Campus.
This position is a stipend position, provided based on number of Sundays worked per month. Position will be open beginning June 2024.

Nursery Coordinator – West Campus
Triumph Lutheran Brethren Church is seeking a Nursery Coordinator to join the West Campus staff team, which offices at our West Campus in West Fargo, ND. The primary purpose and responsibility of the Nursery Coordinator is to ensure quality nursery care provided for children age 0-36 months at our West Campus. This person will oversee and encourage the team of volunteers who provide nursery care, and to build connections and relationships with the nursery age children and families at Triumph West.
This position is part-time, with approximately 3 hours per week/52 weeks per year. Position start date is May 2024.

Little Lights Preschool Teacher

The teacher positions are currently open at both the West Fargo (3745 Sheyenne St.) & Moorhead (2901 20th St. S.) campuses.
The teacher position is Monday-Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm starting in August for the 2024-2025 school year.
The teacher candidate must have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education with experience.
The teacher candidate will be responsible for 3 classes, 60 young learners. The teacher candidate will have experienced classrooms aides and must have the ability to express needs as a positive team leader.
The teacher candidate must exhibit a meaningful and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
The Little Lights Preschool teacher is responsible to provide:
Godly teaching within a warm, nurturing, Christ-centered environment.
A safe and loving atmosphere where children are encouraged to grow spiritually, physically, intellectually, socially and emotionally. Luke 2:52

We are currently hiring part-time teacher aides to join us for our 2024-2025 school year at our West Fargo and Moorhead Campuses.
Little Lights Preschool provides structured activities for children ages 3 to 6 years old, ensuring the educational excellence for which Little Lights is known to implement.
The Moorhead (2901 20th St. S.) part-time position is Monday-Friday mornings 8-12, September-May.
The West Fargo (3745 Sheyenne St.) part-time position is Monday-Friday afternoons from 12-4, September to May.
